- Shipping fee for international shipment will be calculated upon check-out and may differ depending on destination country and number of parcels.

DELIVERY TIME
- Your order processing time varies depending on product type. Generally, orders will be ready for shipping within:
- 3 business days for ready-to-wear products
- 3-4 weeks for pre-order product and customized painting.
- For orders placed outside business days, processing time will be extended by 1 – 2 business days.
- Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays in Malaysia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
- Estimated delivery time for international shipment: 3 – 5 business days
- We ship to all countries except Israel and Nigeria
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
- We ship domestically via City Link, J&T Express and PosLaju.
- Estimated delivery time for West Malaysia: 2 – 3 business days
- Estimated delivery time for East Malaysia: 3 – 5 business days
DELIVERY FAILURES
Please note that we only deliver to one delivery address per order.
Delivery failure may occur in the event of:
- Incorrect delivery address
- Recipient is not available during attempted delivery
In such cases, the courier service will either:
- Attempt another delivery to the given address and/or
- Return the parcel to the local sorting hub and/or
- Return the parcel to Taby House main office
